It seems like Alfes has fallen Terribly Ill and I know that it's
none of my business but I'd like to take the day off by
taking care of him and stuff since he's practically really
bored in his home well only if Inaba and other
admins allow at least...

Don't think you have to mention something. Go, go. Go take care of your friend if it makes you and them feel better. Not much of our business if you need to not come online for a day or two, or a while. We're not a serious WoW raiding guild or something.
